About Us

For over twenty years, I have built a solid reputation as a very dedicated and loyal employee, always working to the customers' requirements and needs. I have committed to providing quality service to the local and online community.  I believe that a reputation as an honest and reliable business is the recipe for success. While many companies are looking for ways to survive our current economy, I believe that a good reputation and consistent service will reap its own reward. By working to help you balance your business needs with your financial capabilities, I believe that a true balance with life and family and spirit will prevail.

I began my career as a software engineer with a large aerospace company in Seattle in 1986.  I was fortunate to work with a great team and one of the best managers in my career.  I found my niche in Software Configuration Management, incorporating change management and version control, with managing quality control and facilitating change boards and project management teams.  Throughout my career, I worked for one of the largest wireless companies as a configuration manager, developing and updating a hardware configuration management infrastructure and folding those processes into the existing software configuration management system.   I have also worked for a local family medicine naturopath in office administration, billing, and inventory management.  Planning and documenting customer requirements, coordinating travel arrangements, meeting customers' needs in a timely and cost effective manner, and providing a personal touch to all my services is my priority. I have developed a deep knowledge and understanding of providing quality customer service leading to a successful enterprise.

One of the major journeys I experienced involved caring for my late husband through his battle with colon cancer.  For 2 1/2 years, I was his executive assistant and his medical advocate.  I handled medical insurance and billing, appointment setting/meeting management, and researched herbal supplementation to support the body without interfering with chemotherapy.  Vacations/travel to family and friends was planned and coordinated during "good" days.  So I practiced executive assistance as well as office management during those 2 1/2 years.  The memorial utilized my event planning skills and creation of a musical slide show of the entirety of my late husband's life.

During this difficult, yet poignant, time in my life, my late husband gave me a precious gift.  He was a very courageous and accepting man, who accepted his mortality with honor and grace.  During discussions about my future,  he wanted to make sure I moved forward in my life on a happy and content path.  We bought a business license and decided on a very meaningful name: "Emerald" which was his favorite color and represented our favorite city Seattle the Emerald City; and, "Spirit" which was to represent his watching over me.  He took one of his Kauai photographs (our favorite vacation during his battle) of a tropical bird flying through a waterfall's rainbows, and created a beautiful bird flying through the colored rainbow of a world out into the starry universe.  From that picture, the logo was born - with a bird flying away representing his transcendence from his corporeal state into an ethereal universe where his spirit is free and always watching over me.

My two role models who are reflected in my work ethics and passion include: my late husband Joseph Tebelskis and my grandfather Ray E. Holes.  Both have passed on, yet remain in my heart and soul.  I carry on my late husband's desire to always be honest
and straight forward as well as continue to build on both technical knowledge as well as spiritual growth. I inherited my grandfather's unique insight, artistic creativity and dedication to do what's right and fair for my customers and business associates. I carry on the tradition started by my grandfather's saddle shop many years ago.

I want to make a positive difference for every client, to bring a new sense of content and feeling of trust that my work will help them in their businesses as well as in their personal lives by helping them succeed giving them more time to spend with precious family and friends and on whatever is important in their lives.
