I received the honor of assisting at a feast in the SCA (Society of Creative Anachronism).  My duty was to   decorate the Feast Hall in a “Viking inspired” atmosphere seating 95 guests.  You were willing to assist me in my time of need with less than a month & a half to plan. You were a great help & very resourceful keeping things “period,” especially since folks in the SCA love things to look as period as possible.  We came up with a design & a plan to facilitate.  We made wooden serpents which you designed meeting my approval, blocks with scenes of  Viking past times which you researched & found pictures for me to choose from, & you helped sew 18ft tablecloths.  You designed a beautiful head table fit for Royalty!  Thank you Annette for your assistance, I will use your services when called upon again.

You came to my rescue! I was tasked with food preparation for a wedding reception.  I had to determine what to serve, amount to buy, & how to arrange a beautiful setting for 175 guests, plus deal with timing, refrigeration, shopping, etc.  You gave me peace of mind!  You assisted from start to finish & I am still so grateful.  You helped me come in under budget.  Plus, you actually went shopping with me!  Your help did not stop there.  Before the ceremony, you designed elegant food platters mixed with floral touches & arranged them beautifully on banquet tables.  The bride & groom were very pleased.  Thank you again, Annette! Without your assistance, I am sure the quality and accuracy would have not turned out as beautifully as it did.
